Sustainability Assessment of Food Systems
Research Group
We are a research group based at the School of Agriculture, Policy, and Development, University of Reading, UK, and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).
Our research focuses on three cross-cutting themes:
Developing and fusing diverse indicators and multi-disciplinary tools to reveal trade-offs between a range of sustainability criteria.

Land use modelling to explore the production and sustainability impacts of contrasting modes of production and consumption.

Understanding people’s values and their behaviour is fundamental to achieving sustainable farming and nutrition.
